Jen Borovica is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio. She earned her master’s in social work from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. Jen is a trauma focused therapist and currently runs a private practice.. Her healing work draws from several modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, IFS Healing Circles, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, and EMDR. In addition, Jen is a. Reiki Master and is deeply connected to her spiritual life. Outside of her work, Jen is passionate about triathlon and sobriety; she is a three-time Iron Man finisher, a triathlon coach, and avid sobriety advocate. She also enjoys spending time in nature and devoting time to her own wellness journey. In the future, Jen is currently working to create healing communities using IFS healing circles supplemented with mind body approaches.
