About this retreat:
The heart of this retreat is to provide a sacred space that promotes an environment conducive for healing. We will be utilizing the model of Internal Family Systems and the work of IFS trainer, Chris Burris, Creating Healing Circles model. Through this work, we will spend time over the weekend getting to know our parts and building relationship with them.
In addition to being with our parts, there will be time for yoga, somatic breathwork, and just being in nature. We designed the weekend as an opportunity to slow down and be with. We will continue to honor these last few weeks of the winter season to go inward and be with what needs tending to, to make way for the newness of spring.
The retreat is limited to 12 participants.
The cost of the retreat is $799 for those who sign up before 2/5. On 2/5, the price increases to $899. Payments plans will be offered. Please email me before registering if you will need a payment plan: jborovicalisw@gmail.com

Location
The retreat will be held at La Fortuna, a Lodgewell experience. La Fortuna is located in Drippings Springs, TX just 40 minutes outside of Austin. La Fortuna is an 11-acre campground-like property home to 9 Sioux style Native American Tipis, a tiny A-frame cabin, and a Texas farmhouse. La Fortuna is a place to surround yourself with nature while not having to sacrifice the basic modern amenities such as toilets, hot showers, and a space to cook up a meal.
